Outpatient Registration

After your consultation, you may be scheduled for radiation treatments in our department. The radiation treatments can be given at the Bodine Center, our Center at Chestnut Hill Hospital, or our Center at Lower Bucks Hospital. For the first day of your treatment planning, you will be asked to go over to the Outpatient Registration Department. The Outpatient Registration Department is located in the Pavilion Building (11th & Sansom). Once registration is complete, you will then report to our department as required. When you go over to Outpatient Registration, you will need to bring all of your insurance information and any necessary referrals. All referrals for treatment should be made out to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Failure to obtain the necessary referrals or pre-certifications may cause the insurance company to deny payment. It is the responsibility of the patient to make sure all of their insurance requirements are met.
