Nazareth Hospital, a member of the Jefferson Kimmel Cancer Network, has served the Northeast Philadelphia community for over 70 years and offers:

  • Leading edge diagnostics including digital mammography, PET-CT, nuclear imaging, CT and MRI; as well as comprehensive lab services accredited by the American College of Pathologists
  • Advanced radiation oncology technology such as image-guided radiation therapy
  • Surgical oncology services, including surgery for gastrointestinal malignancies, pancreatic cancer, melanoma and breast cancer

Nazareth Hospital offers the convenience and care of a community hospital combined with the oncologic expertise and advanced technology of an academic medical center. Here, a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, led by experienced physicians, work together to ensure each patient's plan of care suits their individual needs. Nazareth also offers each patient the support of their own, personal Oncology Nurse Navigator, to help guide them every step of the way.

Founded by the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth, Nazareth Hospital has provided health care to the Northeast Philadelphia community since 1940. The Hospital has 205 acute and 28 skilled care beds, and provides a full array of health care services, including emergency services, surgery, vascular services and wound care, cardiac care, orthopedic and rehabilitation services, cancer care and more. Nazareth is a nationally certified Primary Stroke Center and has been named one of America's 100 Best Hospitals for stroke care by HealthGrades. Nazareth earned The Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval and national accreditation for hip and knee replacement and heart failure care, and is a Blue Center of Distinction for Hip and Knee Replacement.
